For the function you will have to google elutriation towers, e towers or fluid bed separators. You will get a general idea of how it works. As far as a diagram, its all in my little pea brain. Sorry. It's in storage right now or I would break it down and make pictures.

I can clearly see she already has pushed you out the back door with this project. Is there a link or diagram you can add that explains the function?
