It uses a tennis ball on the end of the plunger shaft, you just tighten the nut to adjust how tite it seals in the inner tube.. It's pretty big and will suck out some 1" mat. and clean out cracks in a jiffy
I'm Not sure I understand. Is there a New Law or Did they Rewrite the Old Law ?? My understanding is the Law applies to ''Power Suction Devices''. Not that it Matters that much to me I've Never Seen a Ranger and when its Hot No One is out but Me lol
Mite as well go for Broke with a 4" back in the Back. What is the Best Quiet Muffler ?? Are All Suction Tools outlawed like gold n sand and Hand Pumps or Just the Dredge and Suction HighBanker ?? I do Belive you can use what you like on Privet Property as long as you have a Settling Pool

I do not see anything good in that picture it is to small could you send one that is bigger or can be made bigger

Yeah Pretty sad to have been a very succesful Dredger and be reduced to a hand dredge and then have that outlawed
