no pop rivets needed, but to hold the screen in place you use duck tape 2 time around and that whats hold it there. you go 6" from the top then aother 3" and cut there and that is your ring you need but save the bottom for something. tape the screen to the 3" ring then pouned the ring in place and it will hold it there.
Ok im lost here. You cut a ring from the lower taper and formed the screen, then pushed it down to the bottom. I dont see any pop rivets. Did you PVC glue the rings together? Or is it a super tight press fit?
