  Nice build: the only thing I would change is the expanded metal under the motor. I would replace it with a solid piece of metal because if you have a gas or oil leak, your gold will float out of your sluice.     Ted

  Great minds think alike I see, I also used water softner tanks for floats on my homemade 2" dredge..

  they work great I must say too..
