Lol. I meant $4. The same old thing works the same old way, but new things are out there. The SE pan has a texture similar to a rusty metal. Its the one that will change the game. You dont need any mercury for flour. just the knowledge technique and practice. And the correct finishing pa. I have 7 different pans and use them all at different places and stages. From heavy gravel production pans to gold trap pans to the fine gold. I have steel and copper ones in storage. Want a mamba pan now lol.

Your still plauged pretty bad there with garnets and black sand. You need to let go of %4 and get a black finish pan. There are about 3-4 kinds and each is different. You dont want a Jobe or that other one with ridges. Too hard to do a side to side which is the only way to sort that fast. You need one named SE. They have em cheap on amazon. The SE finish pan has a very different texture wit little shapes that the gold fits and then the other heavies can wash away easier. If you try a Jobe or another spiral cut pan you will just end up angry and frustrated but the SE is made for this. Not just to be a cheap pan for kids. Course I dont know if you could trust a guy named Flour Mike to help pick a finish pan or not lol.
Lloyd, can you add some very dense magnetic black sand to the cons and see if you can push out the remaining particles by displacement and then once gone slowly move the magnetics in a gentle circular wave from just close enough to cause them to move? That may clean it up almost all the way. I keep a quart jars of only fine magnetic sand for exactly that. to add in and displace other heavies.
