use it on the end of the grey. it is a 3/4 hose adapter. but also main question what size water pump are you running andif you can give me a call or look for me over on facebook
I see you finally stole my nozzle there LOL :D try to remake it pack the grey with sand tight and then wrap around a 2 inxh exhasust pipe after you get the gray warm enough to bend and then you wont get those kinks in it. 2nd if you trim off the bell in front the slip on ivory type of water line that has the 3/4 metal fitting will glue right on :)

golden rule on those nozzles is water about 1/4 of intake persize

Not sure what size nozzle you have but I would go larger with pressure from what I am seeing here. Just a guess buddy.
