Looks a Lot like Z-Bar but Cold Roll or C-Chanel will work, By the time its all done you'll wish you just bought some Riffles or Expansion Metal, if You do Build your own watch out for Day light

I put a lip on the bottom also. 30 degree angle, 1/4 inch on top 1/2 on bottom. Works great.
