OK thanks guys. I was thinking about a flare anyhow. Looks like I have some work ahead of me. As a temporary fix what are your thoughts about using a small piece of hose to allow flex by the crash box.
since your dredge is a over n under with the jet flair you should see a increase in fine gold recoverypluss you can slide your box back on the pontoons so its not so far ahead more balence for the dredge
How does converting it to a flair affect the fine gold recovery? I'm still going thru my consfrom my outing but I got a lot of 100 mesh and smaller. I'm suprised by what I got on my first outing so far with it.

hey deep i use to have the same dredge and i did convert it to a jet flair

Thats nice but I prefer a jet and flare set up for that reason.
