I have crushed a few but the Au. is so small and the "crushing is a job" I do have a few tones of rock put aside for when I get my act together now I'm just investigating the Ore.
That really kool! Do you crush it or keep it as is? Id probobly just keep it to look at. My new neighbor lets me borrow his micro scope and the kids and i love looking at all the amazing minerals that make up different rocks. I find some nice telluride rocks from time to time i think that what they are, on the outside they look like an ordinary rock but when you crack it open it looks shiny metalic to the naked eye, under the scope it looks like lots of clear crystals. Wish i knew more about geology and could id what i find. Ive been bringing home samples and cruching them to try and find what type of sedimentry rock the gold i find comes from. So far ive found just a few specks. But nothing conclusive
