I have 3 different mushroom guides and still hard to tell sometimes. The best way to learn Dennis is to go with some one who Knows the edible mushrooms in your area and learn from them.
How do you know witch ones are not poison ? The ones the grow on cow chit are LSD shrooms. I Like mushrooms also but can aford to Trip out lol. They look good enuff to eat in a soup or over a stake :)'

I agree with Howard! Morel mushrooms ARE the best eating! I'll be hunting them before long!
Dennis Those are the best tasting Mushrooms you can find (My Opinion) sliced breaded and pan fried they make a great Meal !
