It wasnt state or federal it was a quarry pit area another three months and the pit was were i found it so i was luck to be there at the right time, a friend and I were mushroom hunting an old rail road track bed and wanted to see the big pit and as soon as we got off the old track bed it was out in the open just at the end of there over burden pile.
