  Thank you all for the warm welcome. I just moved here to Eugene Oregon and am looking forward to so prospecting in the area. I first joined the GPAA back in 1994 and have been a miner every since. Hopefully I will be all settled in here by spring and can get some of this gold. I moved here from Illinois where I lived for like 20 years before that I lived in the valley in California about 45 minutes south of Fresno for 12 years. Panned alot of rivers in northern California and got some good gold. I did get some decent glacial gold in Illinois. Took a few years but managed to pan out 9 grams of fine stuff and a couple of very small pickers. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and thanks for letting me in on your group. May the bottom of your pans always be yellow.
