    Has anyone stayed in the cabins at nugget lake? Last time I was there I tried to find them but couldn't

    I am wondering if they are decent? Shower, bathroom, etc. I'd have the wife with otherwise I wouldn't bother.

    heading down to ashland county to look  into some of the old gold prospect,s---anybody have any thoughts or insight on them?

    Can anyone tell me if there are any gold deposits over by Elk Mound Wisconsin?    It's just west of Eau Claire.  I have a friendwho would like me to visit and they have a stream running through their property.

    I have not prospected Wis not yet but I will I will be going to the gold show in Oct and I mite get a little dirt before we go home.

    i found a gold nugget here with red tint.broke off a vein. outside of eau claire along with platinum.but i never found any flour gold...i saved both specimens....when the gpaa comes to town i will be bringing both samples.maybe we will all see each other then,i will show all you guys what i found

    18 more days till i leave for quartzsite az, be back in june... wi winters don't interest me anymore..

    have found some small gold in the nw part of wi in the summer

    Hey Jeff, we're getting another arctic blast, and I'll bet that you are too.

    I know that pretty weather is only about 3 months away, but I lose faith in it about this time of year.
