I've had several people in the past ask me how deep can you snipe.
My answer has always been ; as deep as you can! This is no thing for
a nubie to under take on there own! In order to do this kind sniping
you must use a Hooka rig. These can be bought at any dive shop or
from Keene Engineering. Use of this equipment, or Scuba; requires
at least a little training befor using . Best to get this at a dive shop!
In the right place this can be a great way to find gold. This is beyond
the realm of most people that want to snipe but has it's place. No
different than dredging except you don't use a dredge, an that makes
it legal. I posted a bolder lift on my page that could be of great help
to anyone wanting to take this kind of sniping up. Again I must say;
this is not for nubie's so take heed and be warned.

I lucked out when I moved to Happy Camp Calif. after I retired, I fell in with Two of
the best Pro. dredgers in that part of the country. It was a case of people meeting
people and they liked one another from the very first. One thing they both stressed
was that if you wanted gold, you had to go to it, it wasn't going to come to you! You
want more than the next guy, go where the next guy won't. If there was something
in your way, figure a way around it, no matter how off the way it might be, thats what
it takes to make a pro.
DREDGERS DO IT DEEPER!
Yep, the deeper ya go the better chances of gettin the 'Big One'! "Throw on your wetsuit, grab the hooka and follow me"!!! Yeee Haaa!!!!
