Having a hard time finding an affordable crusher, so I'm using an 8 Ton shop press for rock up to about 3 inches. I'm building a 5 lb ball mill with schedule 160 PVC Pipe and an old rock polisher drive. The balls are mixed 7/8", 5/8", and 3/8". I'll comment on how it works after I get the bugs out.

nice get the easy stuff and use it to tell if the hard stuff pays rember there is more gold in the secondary despition
Nice pic! Last night I ordered a Falcon MD20 to check for fine gold in veins. If I get any hits at all, I'll chip and crush samples to see what all is in there and if there is anything good I'll come back with the demo hammer and mill to do a ton and see if it's worth filing a claim on. Ore around here tends to be small but low in sulphides.
