I'm looking for someone to dry wash with this Winter on my claims South of Bagdad, Az. It would be camping onsite for several days at a time and running dirt. I would prefer more than just weekend trips. Just starting to probe the waters for interest. Send me a PM and we'll discuss.

Edit... Didn't notice how old the thread is. Oh well, I'll post other places.
Morgan from Prescott is right, join a group. They have picked out some of the best claims and are inexpensive. Our club Quartzsite Metal Detectors is only $20 a year and we have really good claims were we find a good amount of gold nuggets. Recently a 28.6 gram nugget was found, very clean and very little quartz in it. Just google AZ metal detector clubs and you will find several near you. If you get a chance to come out to Quartzsite we have a coin hunt once a month also you could participate in and meet the members.
I plan to be in quartzite this spring. I was told about the club and plan to join it. Is there a web site for it and is it the only claim to work there? Is there a meeting where I can find friends to hunt with?
Try the north end of Lake Pleasant where the rivers and creeks feed into it.

Superstition mountain treasure hunters (a club out of AJ) has two claims there.....everytime i go to them they are packed with people, none of which are club members, everyone thinks an open prospecting area(its not)....the claims are pretty picked clean
