As we knew they would try and stop us from dredging..If they pass these regs they have for most, over 50% of us..We need to have as many people we know help us in this fight..
The main things we need changed in these Regs:
Page 3 Perg 2 (1) this talks about putting locations on permits and whin we are going to dredge. This is fine if we go to less than 6 locations, and we can say all year for the time. If I want to go some were not on my permit,I have to travel over 60 miles to a F.G Off to add this new location. So no more letts go try this creek
P12 Perg5 This talks about posting on are dredge pemit# so they ca be seen from the bank.
The problem here is. I can not run your dredge with my permit. We would have to put all permit # on all dredges we run even if they are not ours!!
P12 Perg 5 (1) Talking about on site investagation from F.G for using a winch
Haveing to plane a trip around F.G showing up to inspect a site so You can use a winch. How many days will it take to get them there, and at what type of fee?
P13 Perg 3 This talks about not being able to dredge within 3 Ft of the streem bank.
This law would stop dredging on over 50% of all river and streams in the state.The law is there for not undermining the bank so why this.
All I can do is ask for your help!!! If we can not change these few thing we are through as a mining comunity.. Please have all your freinds send Emails about these things.

I wonder how many dfg guys they had to fire “that is not fair for them “in order to pay possibly hundreds of thousands of dollars for an environmental impact report the money i am sure came out of their budget. this whole thing is such b.s. every time there is a flood the same result is made that a dredge would do but the environmentalist don't seem to get that I would like to find the individual who started the whole problem and stuff a six inch dredge up there ass and let it suck the life out of them ? we will just have to work around these new rules just like every other stupid rule the liberal tree hugging scum of put upon us when are we as a Americans going to stop listening to these cry babies we all lost the true ability of being free there are way too many rules laid out by people who really have never ventured out in the wilderness to set up an operation like this .Most of the people that vote on these subjects never even leave the city but they all have opinions that effect us negatively what we need is programming that shows people in the mainstream what we actually do “ not Alaskan gold rush show “ Something like Gold Fever would be a great example of how it is done ? I don’t know I am not good at writing these damn rants basically I hate people in general and their opinions why can’t people just mind their own business? im moving to Nevada because California sucks !!!!
