saturdays take wasnt too bad. i only ran 17 buckets i wanted to take it easy on my back. funny thing is it wasnt my back that bothered me. on my hike out i got 100 yards from my car and my hamstrings cramped so bad i had to lay down and stretch. i honestly didnt think i was gonna make it the rest of the way. lol i definately need to drink more water
