Trommel works great!Solar powered.Recirculating water this time of year.Sluice :1/2"expanded over backed miners moss.Low flow and fine gold recovery.

    Thanks for the kudos Steve.Thanks Bill for the trommel design..45 watt solar panel+controller+deep cycle 55 amp hour battery+sunny days=indefinite run time.Very quiet and clean..

    A shaded trommel operation! Comfy. Do I see an iced tea dispenser in the back? Seriously, the solar panel sure has its attributes. You deserve a design award. The Middle East will file some kind of bogus complaint for not using a gas engine.
