My view around lunch time today. Went out on a prospecting trip and it turned out to be just a nice 3 mile hike in the mountains as everything was dry and couldn't find any good spots to look for gold.

I haven't really had much of a chance to get out too often this year due to family illnesses, but thank you very much for the info! I will look into that area and do some research.

Beautiful looking area. Have you looked east of forest rd 422? Sat pics show some red dirt
