  now you need to be careful because if you go before the Tunnel number one then you'll get in trouble but if you go further up you cannot go within 2 miles of black halk up highway 6

  I'm not sure that it was ever closed for sure but I know that its not now.

  I lived in Denver for several months, many years ago.  I thought they had closed down all the recreational mining along Clear Creek years ago.  Did they not close it, or was it reopened again?
