Thanks Howard, There's loads of cup type pools that I know are great traps for gold, its just that the gold is so fine here, I think it just floats right out of the dredges that they use here. But yes, after this last bucket, I'm planning on going back up for another load, I'm going to have to buy a few more buckets to make it worth the long drive.
My family and I went up to the Llano river a couple of weekends ago and I got about 4 and 1/2 buckets I got up from a nice little pool, they were full of black sand, this is what we've gotten so far from 3 1/2 buckets, one more to go.
