Last night’s high school hunt. Worked the area where the cheerleaders practice hoping to find lost jewelry. (no, the cheerleaders weren't there). First time I made a profit detecting. A gallon of gas to get there at $4.03 a gallon. Found $4.89 in two hours. That .86 pure profit!!

No I checked. I went to this school and it did not open until 1978 so I knew my chances were slim. While at the school I was sure one of the dimes was but once I put on the reading glasses I was wrong. 1966 sadly. I hit up our real old high school that is now a junior high and did not even get one penny. It must have been pounded by metal detectors already.
