I use 1 motor to run this trommel and pump. why run 2 motors for 1 machine twice the up keep. It's 1 to 1 on the pump and 100 to 1 on the drum. I made it out of a hot water heater tank. 40gal steel.the tank is chain drive from a jack shaft and the rest is belt.Anything bigger than 3/4" goes out the shoot where you can see it if is that big. the shoot swings to help keep the tailings down. It took every thing I had to keep up with the tailing from my 2 boys feeding it!We made that hole in 3 days.
