Plywood is easy to use and on this mini-highbanker carpet not needed as all material will wash over the top of the slurry box and gold stays in the bottom of the slurry box. Have already experimented with the idea and it holds even the smallest of gold particals. To clean up, the top box is lifted off the bottom box and then tilt the bottom up to wash all the material in the slurry box into your large gold pan or bucket.

Why did you use Plywood ? And how do you do a Clean up ? Does it have Matting or a carpet ?
