This is a section of beach that I do some beach mining .... The gold recovered here is very fine -100 mesh and most of it is -150 mesh.
Anyway it appears to be an ancient river bed that was eventually covered with beach and has been uncovered again to the present beach...
We have several minerals present in our beach sands here. Gold , Platinum, chromium, titanium, and several others that I can't pronounce let alone spell....LOL.
