    It was tbone steak with potatoes with onion and garlic. Forgot the paper plates so we were forced to improvise. Don't worry. It was washed with ajax after breakfast for a day of panning .

    The heavier, and more delicious particulates collect on the bottom rim, aka 'the flavor saver.'
