Hey Barry...I have spoken with Klint multiple times and he stated there are a variety of techniques depending on the type of material. He will be calling in this Sunday on the show to answer questions and talk about the different techniques. Perhaps it would be best to know if the pan does what it says in real world conditions before GPS promotes it but that's just me
