OK yesterday I ck this bedrock out with my new falcon metal dec had some strong beeps on few spots some faded ones also so I guess what I need to know is sell like it is or break it up my wife wants break it up

Yup conglomerate. bust it up, screen through an 1/8in. (8mesh) screen. Check the oversise for any gold, and pan the undersize.
definitely crush it like Spur and Lynn said, you might find some gold embedded in some quartz then you would have a specimen to sell.
