    The small pump is to prime the footvalve and pump. The black cylinder is my hot water tank.

    Question? What is the small pump for? And the hoses going up to the black cylinder. Primer?

    Nice job!  Don't forget the bottle of champagne to launch it on it's maiden voyage!  And hope you make a LOT more than the champagne costs!
