  • Hey Joe
Thanks for speakin up We didn't mean to get elaberate but the first idea that came to me for the
tip up part of addin wheels was the tipover jacks everything was already built. We got some hard
rubber wheels and decided the creek rock would chockem instead of roll over them, so we went with inflated . We had to add the spreaders to stabalize it acted like a new born calf without them.
We figured if they were to much weight we could pop the snap rings and pull the jack and wheels
off but the balance was still good and even and we got enouth float it doesn't seem to mind the
weight. If you want to talk ideas sometime call me 513-702-4945 .
When are you coming back up to Pure Gold? We may try it again this weekend for a day.
Better get hanging around after work when I saw your email I'll check it again tommorow.
  • Bill I don't know but I surely believe this is the Worlds Easiest 5" Keene dredge to move around on
dry ground and acroo the creek. We had to put pipe stabableizers front to back and side to side to
make it stable while moving it . Pull the pins and remove when in place. I've made another mod
for leaving it up on wheels in shalow water . If it works I may post photos of that.
I got the idea for wheels on the ride to North Carolina to pick up the dredge. I've helped to many
others with there 3"/4" completely assembled dredges to want t deal with my owen.
Thanks for your interest and comments.
    Mike
