    Hello Mike, I think we have a mutual friend Reed Lukens. He and I are friends and have a few claims together. I am new to detecting and have recently acquired a m

    Minelab 5000. I spoke to Reed about learning how to use this new detector and he suggested reaching out to you for some advice. I live in Elk Grove (south Sac) and would love to get some hands on experience on learning how to master this beast. I would be willing to pay you for your time and have a claim near Foresthill (Owl Creek) to test it out on or any other area that is convienient for you.

    I have attended a Goldhound meeting with Reed sometime past and have considered joining, but it is a bit of a stretch from Elk Grove.
