Hi All 
In collaboration with my friend Tony Goldpanner ( UKGPA) I started to build the Supersluice I have not the same color of gelcoat but anyway the mold is the same and the beast works well. here are some pictures of the start of this production I am a newby in fiberglass
so I started with cutting fiberglass with a piece of cardboard

then I put the mold on the working table

then waxing and polishing plus a layer of PVA

drying with thermogun then the gelcoat I use RAL5013 Cobalt blue
