Just a few more Days untell the Epa water grab goes into Effect this will be a punch in the gut for everyone making it illegal to collect or ,store water of any type even Drywashes from what I understand

I don't think this will work in Virginia, because the Commonwealth claims ownership of the water before the US was the US.
