  • Ha:) ya Rodinia it was the First Land Mass on Earth. Don't give up on the no see-ums some of them Mines can hold 3 1/2+ oz per T. I use a cement mixer as a Ball Mill
  • Rohdina? Well I don't have a crusher so may have to leave the small stuff for another day. Or find another way to capture it.

  • Underground Utillity workers wear a Gas detector. What is hapining is Time with the small amounts of rain nuthing Moves then when it does Rain Co2 Disolves the Minerals and they Leach further underground so the first 50-100 feet is combined with other minerals and will not look like gold untell you crush it and see it floating around go to the Library read up on your area I'm out by Jashua Tree park and we have rocks that were apart of Rohdina :)
  • guess I'm gonna have to get me a canary.

  • why no, didn't even notice that. Thanks for pointing that out spur. that was just a "oh look, a mine" pic. I'm still so green when it comes to dessert hunting. I appreciate any tips I can get. I'll be looking for that now tho.  BTW, I had my md with me.

  • Looks like you found the spot !!! Can you see the white Quarts Veins running along the Side of the Road ?? Great pic. Take your MD. to the Side Walls of them Adits. A Great Tip Ted gave me was the old timers would put there Pay Dirt to one side of the Adit to work later.
