This might sound crazy or maybe I watched to many Indiana Jones movies but if a client says I inherited a mountain full of gold where would you start.
I now feel like my wife might like me indefinitely if I could break the deal of a 34 acre mountain full of gold, silver and whatever else there might be.
This all might sound rubbish, maybe I'm dreaming but after seeing is believing well this is the real deal. The owners had researched and probably provided everything imagined to make sure documentations are in tact.
I am prospecting a buyer and can provide the following:
Corporate Docs
Lab Reports
Ownership Certificates
Banking Info
Business Plan
Letter of Opinion
Helicopter View
I would appreciate any advice, moral support, an advil or even a single malt scotch to go over this hectic ride I am up against.
Best regards and thank you letting me be a part of your network!

LOL I know it sounds sketchy being new and trying to sell a mountain of gold lol. No worries, I thought you were skeptical and had every right to be. Sorry for the lack of communication abilities, due to an NDA disclosure the owner wants to obliged by.
I have every document to prove the property exist, we have video's, helicopter views, lab reports etc. Just need a head start on who to make something from this opportunity. I hope you understand.
When you use the phrase "I am prospecting a buyer" I assumed you were looking to sell the property. And when you say land owner knows nothing about mining but wants to sell 50% of the business and have the miners come through......guess im all confused.
So you want to sell me a mountain of gold LOL! If it was true or a bargain you would be looking for a way to secure the loan to buy it for yourself LOL.....not interested :)

Hey Bob thanks for the reply. Not sure what you mean by securing it but the owner knows nothing about mining. There is no loan the land is owned free and clear... I guess what your saying is if he owns the land free and clear, why not find a mining company to start digging out the gold and selling it.
From recent offers and interest, his prospective of a good deal would be to sell 50% share of the business, then have the mining crew take over and dig their way through. The next thing after is just to earn dividends on the gold sold to whatever depository who wants or needs it most.
