So a few weeks ago a bought a HF 1" pump, today i fired it up for the 2nd time to fill a water tank and after about an hour i noticed it had lost one of the bolts that hold the pump housing on to the backing plate, it looks like the threads on the plate had been striped. called HF and explained what had happened and the backing plate is no longer available, but after a few minutes on hold the gal came back on and said they are going to send out a new pump and i can keep the old one as well. so heres my shout out to HF.
