So the wife and I are thinking about heading up to Idaho next summer, I think we might spend some time at the his and his claims, and I might take the recurc box with me. I've done a little bit of looking around about the permitting and now I just feel lost in the red tape And looking for a little help getting though it.

The area I'm looking at is just a few miles west of Idaho city, and I want to take my a52 and two plastic kiddy pools and set up as a recirc. I know I need the water use permit, but I read somewhere that I also need a placer mining permit that looks like its for the big boys requiring bonds and such...is this true, and am I missing any other permits?
